The First Block ecosystem includes Chubby Runners and Near Runner games. Both games are free play-to-earn games. Games give players complete control over their assets and earnings.
Chubby Runners and Near Runner are fast, exciting, and competitive games with easy-to-grasp mechanics. Their bursting color and varied game setting reel players in and keep them hooked, even if a player has lost mood after losing several matches in a row, since games have a single-player mode where the player can enjoy the game safely, even offline.
Games review
Our idea is to create a multi-universe where players go through different worlds, exploring new locations with different environments.
The main story revolves around the characters in cartoon style. These characters have a cheerful story and pass through different universes like sci-fi, fantasy, post-apocalyptic, and other various styled maps. Furthermore, there will be maps with historical events that occurred on our Earth.
The storyline starts with introducing to players a map of the multiverse. The map will provide references to upcoming new maps. The players have to complete different levels in different environments with various enemies and challenges. Also, one of the first maps will be the provision of the NEAR blockchain network; the map will be in the theme of the NEAR network. In addition, games will provide more knowledge about blockchain technologies, NFTs, and upcoming updates of our dApp.
One economy
The blockchain-based games will enable us to shift focus toward providing an enjoyable user experience when launching new games because in-game assets such as NFT items, fungible tokens, and credits earned and created within the previous games will be utilized in the new games.
Instead of consuming time and effort updating games to make them more complicated, we may create new games that utilize the previously generated assets, which will render greater outcomes for the users and us.
Sharing and proliferating in-game assets will help us focus on delivering new and exciting user experiences. We will proactively support the sharing and widespread use of existing assets in the games.
As a result, we will be able to actively utilize assets generated in the games we have serviced when launching other new games, create connections between games, and maintain and attract new users. We are establishing a mini-ecosystem that connects our games with the existing assets.
Why NEAR Protocol?
NEAR Protocol is a layer 1 blockchain that uses sharding technology to achieve scalability. NEAR uses smart contracts and adopts the Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism to secure its network.
As the blockchain space grows, platforms that can offer lower transaction costs and increased throughput will likely play an important role in mainstream adoption.
